Every Day is a Gift

Brief

Suki Thompson was first diagnosed with cancer in 2010. After living with cancer for thirteen years, she passed away peacefully on the 30th of July 2023. In her final years, Suki hosted an inspirational podcast series called ‘Reset’; conversations with extraordinary people that offered inspiration and advice to help others lead a more fulfilling life. Those conversations were brought to life by Storians in the book, ‘Every Day is a Gift’.

 

Strategy

As lead writer, I condensed the podcast episodes into individual chapters, creating engaging, digestible content. This was necessary given the large amount of source material, which spanned many hours. We contacted Macmillan Cancer Support, who agreed to sponsor as well as advertising studios T&P and Kitchen to help develop the book.

Results
